Delivery Across Ukraine

We deliver orders throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta.

Available delivery methods:

  • Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch.
  • Delivery to a Nova Poshta parcel locker.
  • Courier delivery to your address via Nova Poshta.

Delivery costs are calculated according to the carrier's rates.

Order dispatch: orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Please note!

For cash-on-delivery orders, Nova Poshta charges a money transfer fee of 2% of the transferred amount + UAH 20 for the cash-on-delivery service. This fee is paid by the customer upon receiving the order.

Showroom Pickup

You can collect your order in person at our showroom at: 33A Dehtiarivska Street, Kyiv, Ukraine.

Showroom pickup is available by prior phone arrangement.

Product reservation: items can be reserved for 3 calendar days. The price valid at the time of reservation will be maintained throughout this period.

Payment Methods

You can pay for your order using one of the following methods:

  • Online payment by Visa or Mastercard on our website.
  • Cash on delivery at a Nova Poshta branch.
  • Bank transfer using the provided bank details.
  • Cash payment when collecting your order from our showroom.
