At FloveTouch, I am responsible for key management decisions: team coordination, brand development, and process-level quality control. It is important to me that the company operates consistently-from preparing collections to the final result delivered to the customer.

Approach to quality
I believe that quality is not only about appearance, but also about how a garment feels in everyday wear. That’s why we focus on fit, details, and practicality. Our goal is for each item to look neat, remain comfortable in daily use, and for customers to clearly understand what they are purchasing and paying for.
How we work with service
Honest communication is essential to me. If there are questions about an order or specific model details, we aim to explain everything clearly and help with the selection. Service at FloveTouch is not a scripted interaction-it is real support: fast, to the point, and respectful to the customer.
